Hey everyone. Again I apologize for the lack of updates as of late.
News has been a bit on the slow side in addition to having a broken wrist.
However, I now have off my brace and news has been coming in so I'll
be posting things as soon as I hear/confirm them.
I know that it's short notice but to all the Aaron fans on the east
coast, there will be a free, you heard me, free screening
of Palo Alto
at NYU tomorrow. The details are as follows.
Cantor Film Center (36 East 8th Street New York, NY)
Thursday, May 31, 2007
6:00pm - 9:00pm
A Q&A will follow the screening.
I hope everyone both watched and enjoyed last weeks episode of
Smallville, "Noir". We might be a bit biased
here at Aaron-Ashmore.com, but also, based on reviews its
pretty easy to say that Aaron really did make that episode and
simply shined through it.
So, anyway, because I'm smooth like that I actually updated the site
and gallery days ago but I forgot to change the update on the
main page. Oops. But feel free to check out over
500 "Noir" screencaps in the gallery.
Hopefully some more news on both Privileged and
The Christmas Cottage within the next week or so. :)
Hello everyone! So, there's been a small explosion of Aaron news
as of late. Which, I would have posted sooner, however I only just
got home from the Tribeca Film Festival where I was lucky enough to
see the premiere screening of
Palo Alto. Which let me start this update by saying,
the trailer does not nearly do this film justice. It really is an
amazing accomplishment and I urge everyone to see it.
Aaron has recently started working on The Christmas Cottage
(along side Supernatural's Jared Padalecki).
The film is being made by Lionsgate and also stars
Peter O'Toole and Marcia Gay Harden. It is currently
slated for a December 14, 2007 release, but that is subject
to change. IMDB currently has Aaron incorrectly listed as playing
Thomas Kinkade. We will be posting accurate character information
as soon as we receive it.
Krypton Fan,
the longest running Smallville Podcast, recently conducted
an interview with Aaron. You can listen to the interview by clicking
here.
Special thanks to both Chuck and John for this update. More news, as
well as monthly site revamping, to come. :) And.. just because it's
quite possibly the greatest t-shirt ever.
