Welcome to Aaron-Ashmore.com the largest and most comprehensive Aaron Ashmore site on the internet. After being frustrated on a day to day basis looking for Aaron news/media/etc. we figured that it was time we get up and actually do something about it. By creating Aaron-Ashmore.com not only would we be able to spread the most up to date news but we'd also be able to promote Aaron and his upcoming projects. This site is still growing so some sections aren't entirely completed yet. Any and all feedback is appreciated. Feel free to contact the us through E-Mail with any questions/comments/suggestions/submissions. :)
Now that the gallery has finally been taken care of, I've been able to move on to a few more things as far as updates go. :)
Some promotional images from Fear Island have been added to the gallery along with over 850 screencaps from the movie.
As promised the gallery at Aaron-Ashmore.com has officially been re-launched and will hopefully be a bit more spa proof from here on out. The downside to this is that this is a completely new gallery so you will need to re-register as your old log-in info won't work. The gallery is a newer model as well so it is a bit spiffier. All of the old images have transferred over - say for a few deleted scenes/DVD menus from Smallville and Veronica Mars that I need to post. Please note that you might find some pictures in the wrong albums. If this is the case please e-mail me and I will make the correction as quickly as possible.
Shock Till You Drop has exclusively released the first full trailer for The Shrine. The video should be up
on YouTube as well by the end of the day, but in the meantime, enjoy -
First, I would like to mention to anyone that doesn't follow the Aaron Ashmore Facebook Fan Page, I am
aware that the gallery is currently down. I inadvertently broke it when I was trying to fix the spam problem and general lagging. I'm working on the relaunch as I have everything backed up, but
keep in mind it's a lot of pictures. Hopefully it will be fully restored shortly. Moving on to more exciting and important things!

Over 60 screencaps from In Plain Sight's, "Death Becomes Her" have been added to the gallery.
Bad News: I still haven't figured out the bug with the comments in the gallery.
Good News: I did start screencapping Aaron's episodes of In Plain Sight and added nearly 100 screencaps from "Son of Mann" into the gallery.
I started this site over four years ago because I was a fan of Aaron. I saw him in Treed Murray and was pretty much drawn in instantly by how he had such presence while playing a character with very little spoken words throughout the film. I wanted immediately to know more about him and to see more of his work but was disappointed in the lack of material that was on the internet at that time. A few years and much debate later, Aaron-Ashmore.com was born. I am still a fan of Aaron, and I want nothing more than to share anything I can with other fans out there and support his career. The site isn't going anywhere, this isn't about that.
I wasn't initially going to say anything here but truthfully, I'm a little tired of e-mails/comments/Facebook messages etc. from people asking if I even care anymore or why I'm slacking. I don't like to think of my dedication as being in question. The site has never been a job to me. It's completely fan run and it's something that I enjoy doing. That being said, no, I haven't been putting time into it lately. The reason being that I recently lost a member of my immediate family, and this site has honestly been far from my thoughts during this time. I'm not writing this for sympathy. This isn't my blog. This site isn't supposed to be about me, it's about Aaron. So yes, I know that screencaps haven't been going up recently. I'm aware of the issues with spam in the Gallery as well as in the Forum. It isn't a issue of time. Some updates can be time consuming, and I am working by myself here, but for the most part once I get rolling I can handle it. That isn't an issue at all. My focus has been on other places lately, as it rightfully should be while we slowly try to piece our family back together and I would very much appreciate it if you could all respect that. I know this site is the definitive source for Aaron on the internet but please try to remember that there isn't a team of people working day in and day out on this. There is one girl behind the website who at the moment is struggling to get through the day and could really do without snide remarks about her work ethic or dedication.
I'm done rambling now. I promise.
Now for putting up with me enjoy a picture of Aaron from the 2010 Leo Awards, where he was nominated (but sadly, didn't win) for his performance in The Thaw.
Hey everyone. I hope you all caught Aaron on Private Practice last night! I'm working on screencaps as we speak, so they should be up shortly. In the meantime, feel free to enjoy 250 screencaps from Aaron's appearance on The Bridge.
Ex-Smallville shutterbug Aaron Ashmore has landed a recurring role on USA Network's In Plain Sight, sources confirm to me exclusively. The erstwhile Jimmy Olsen will play the smart-yet-rough around the edges long-lost half brother to Mary (Mary McCormack) and Brandi (Nichole Hiltz). He attempts to reconnect with his sibs and discuss their shared father. Ashmore will debut during the latter half of Sight's current third season.
Hope everyone caught Aaron's episode of The Bridge on Friday! The episode also brought forth some new interviews, both video and print, which I will be posting shortly.
Seriously. Shortly for real this time.
In more casting news, Aaron recently finished working on the film Conception which is described as -
The drama chronicles nine couples through their stories of life, love and pregnancy.
So, this site hasn't been updated in months or so it seems. For those of you that aren't aware, Aaron-Ashmore.com was hacked a few months ago we've only recently recovered from it. Luckily, most of the site was backed up, however, there are still some glitches, particularly in the gallery. If you encounter any bugs/mislinks/dead links on the site please contact me, so I can resolve the issue.
The Bridge starts airing next week on CTV. Be sure to tune in for Aaron's episode. I'm still a little unsure on the title at this point but it will air early on.
Aaron will also be appearing on the March 10 episode of CSI: New York entitled "Pot of Gold". Be sure to tune in or set your DVRs if you can't make it. :)
Also, Fear Island is tentatively scheduled to release on DVD on June 28, 2010 so mark your calenders!

Let me just say that The Official Site for The Shrine hasn't even been launched for a solid week yet and I'm already digging it. Yes, I said
digging. Maybe its just that I'm a bit partial to production blogs, or maybe because they've already posted some pictures which
have been added to the gallery, but either way. I like it and you should check it out as well. They've also posted a teaser trailer for The Shrine, which has been posted to our very own
media section.
While posting the trailer I noticed that while I had added the Fear Island trailer to my YouTube account, I had forgotten to put it in the media
section here as well. Oops. This has since been corrected so if you haven't seen the trailer yet feel free to enjoy.
So I was lucky enough to get a copy of Aaron's episode of Blue Murder,
"Baby Point" after quite a long time of searching. (At this point I'd like to slip in a plug for IOffer.com,
where I've actually been able to find a lot of things that I was unable to obtain or view in the States.
You can view over 80 screencaptures from this episode over at the gallery.
